We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications);

Statistical information that is non-identifiable may be shared with 3rd parties for analytics.  Identifiable information is only shared with permission or by law. 3rd party partners(Wix, Google Analytics, etc) have their own privacy policies, we work hard to make sure our partners only collect non-identifiable information, but they are responsible for the data they collect in the end.  We do not sell your personal information.

We will never sell or in any other way use your data for our personal gain.  Any employee of Tech Horse Electronics caught sharing data in such a manner will be held accountable and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Where the data is stored

Your data is stored in industry standard secure locations which depend on the sensitivity of the data.

Credentials are always stored in a approved password manager.  Sensitive data is often stored in a password manager as well.

Extremely sensitive data and critical backups may be stored offline in a physically secure location.

Other data is stored in Microsoft Teams in a way that is secure and logically segregated from other clients data.

Some types of data (such as hardware properties) is stored in ConnectWise Command.

Managed Backups may be stored in a variety of locations, all being in Canada and in secure locations.

Data Removal and Withdrawal of Consent

The data you entrust to us is your data.  At anytime you wish for us to withdraw the data you entrust to us we will do so after receiving a written request from someone with proper authority.

In addition we will return credentials and other data upon written request.

Updates to this policy

This policy may undergo changes without notice.  However anything in this policy that is covered under a contract between our parties we will always notify as per defined in the contract.
